Chief Executive Officer
Michelle brings 26 years of healthcare leadership expertise to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Harmarville. A Greensburg native, she graduated from Seton Hill College with a bachelor’s degree in dietetics. She received a master’s degree in business administration from California University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in clinical nutrition from the University of Pittsburgh. Michelle served as CEO of an acute care community hospital for 18 years and as the interim CEO for a for profit behavioral health hospital. She is honored and excited to begin her new journey at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Harmarville.
Medical Director
Dr. Kreshon is a specialist in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation with a focus on orthopedic, geriatric and amputee rehabilitation. He is the former medical director for the rehabilitation unit at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital. Dr. Kreshon currently serves on the executive board as the vice president for ChoiceCare Physicians. He has been a member of the medical staff at Encompass Health Harmarville and a member of ChoiceCare Physicians group practice since 2001. Dr. Kreshon has been on active staff at the West Penn Allegheny Health System, Suburban Campus, since 2001. He is also on staff at various area hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. Dr. Kreshon completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is a member of multiple professional societies and is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Pennsylvania State Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Kreshon is an independent private practice physician.
Controller
George has been the hospital’s controller since 2009. He has more than 20 years of healthcare experience. George holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Francis University and is a graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School.
Director of Pharmacy
Beth serves as the director of pharmacy at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Harmarville. She has more than 25 years of experience as a pharmacist, receiving her bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. She mentors pharmacy students from Duquesne University and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Beth is an active member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
Human Resources Director
Kathy joins Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Harmarville with more than 20 years of progressive human resources experience in the health care industry. Her expertise is in employee relations, performance management and employee engagement. She received her undergraduate degree in social work from Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Arts from LaRoche College in human resource management.
Director of Quality & Risk
Audrey has been a nurse for more than 44 years. She has a vast background in the nursing field, including cardiac care, orthopedics, home health, school nursing and assisting in physician offices. Rehabilitation is her calling, and she has worked in this field for over 32 years. Audrey's rehabilitation career began at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Harmarville as a staff nurse before progressing to a unit manager and now being the director of quality & risk management. She has been a CRRN for more than 10 years.
Certified Case Management Director
Denise has more than 20 years of experience in case management and social work services in the healthcare industry. Prior to working with Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Harmarville Denise was the director of care management and director of social work services at UPMC Braddock. She received her undergraduate degree in sociology and holds dual master’s degrees in management and technology and business administration from Carlow College. She also holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a board member and the president elect of the American Case Management Association and a member of several other professional organizations.
Facilities Management Director
Sean joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Harmarville in February 2022. He has close to 30 years of healthcare experience in the fields of maintenance, biomedical equipment technology, information technology and the last five years in facilities management. He graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Technology, Penn State and Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Director of Therapy Operations
Casey is the director of therapy operations (DTO) and has over 20 years experience working at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Harmarville. Prior to his current position as DTO, Casey was the manager of the occupational therapy department focusing on functional outcomes and maximizing the clinical expertise of staff. Casey started his career as a staff therapist on the neuroscience unit. Then he transferred to the orthopedic unit to function as a team leader. Having graduated from Duquesne with his Master of Occupational Therapy in 1995, Casey continued to be active for 10 years at Duquesne as an adjunct faculty teaching courses in kinesiology, anatomy lab and neuro approaches to treatment. He continues to serve on the clinical advisory board for Chatham University. Casey is also, very active in occupational therapy profession at a national level.
Chief Nursing Officer
Eileen Skalski serves as Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Harmarville's chief nursing officer. She has 20 years of professional nursing experience including various roles ranging from medical-surgical nursing to nursing leadership and nursing informatics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing SN and Master of Science in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and her doctorate of nursing practice from Waynesburg University. In the past, she has also served as an adjunct faculty member, teaching undergraduate and graduate classes, for Thomas Edison State University, University of Pittsburgh and Waynesburg University. In addition, she has presented work at various healthcare-related conferences as well as served as a mentor for master’s-level students.
