Anne brings 14 years of healthcare experience to her role as chief executive officer of the Rehabilitation Hospital of Western Wisconsin. She graduated from St. Catherine’s University with a master’s degree in occupational therapy. She has served as a leader in multiple areas of rehabilitation services including outpatient, acute care and rehabilitation.

Eric joined Encompass Health in 2022 as medical director. He was introduced to rehabilitation as a patient himself, undergoing a spinal fusion surgery while in medical school. He completed his medical degree from Michigan University and his residency in PM&R in South Florida. Eric looks forward to working with an amazing team and the most inspirational group of patients that there are in medicine.

Tina brings 19 years of human resources experience to her role as Human Resources Director of The Rehabilitation Hospital of Western Wisconsin. She joined Encompass Health in 2022 and most recently worked in human resources at Mayo Clinic. She earned her bachelor’s degree in social welfare and sociology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is an active volunteer with Junior Achievement and completed the Transform Training Certification with Dr. Amit Sood and obtained her SHRM–SCP (Senior Certified Professional).

Nick Brillhart serves as the controller for Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Toledo. He has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Encompass Health Toledo, Nick held business management and senior finance positions in hospital, outpatient, physician group and health insurance settings. He received both his bachelor's degree in business and master's degree in finance from the University of Toledo.

Nicole joined Encompass Health in 2022 and she brings more than ten years of nursing experience to the Rehabilitation Hospital of Western Wisconsin. She has cared for patients in a wide variety of settings; some of which include acute care, intermediate care, rehabilitation, and long-term care. Nicole obtained an associate degree in nursing at Chippewa Valley Technical College in 2012 and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Western Governors University in 2020.

Brooke brings to Encompass Health more than 27 years of pharmacy experience. She began her college education at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire where she majored in biology and minored in theatre. Brooke obtained her Doctorate from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy and is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy. She is excited for the new opportunities to grow and learn with Encompass Health.

Chris brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience to the Rehabilitation Hospital of Western Wisconsin. He has served in a variety of roles and settings throughout his career including inpatient rehabilitation, home health and hospice, and corporate health and wellness. Chris is a physical therapist who is a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.

Suzanne brings to Encompass Health more than 20 years of nursing and leadership experience. For the last ten years, Suzanne has focused her career as a leader in quality. Suzanne received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire in nursing and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. As the director of quality and risk, Suzanne provides leadership to the Rehabilitation Hospital of Western Wisconsin to provide safe quality care to the patients we serve.

Erica brings to Encompass Health more than 20 years of healthcare clinical and leadership experience. Growing up in Rice Lake, WI moving to the Chippewa Valley, Erica received an associate degree majoring in respiratory therapy from Chippewa Valley Technical College. Erica continued her education by receiving a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Viterbo University in LaCrosse, WI. As the business development director Erica provides leadership to the admissions team while carrying out the mission of the Rehabilitation Hospital of Western Wisconsin.
