23 ABC News Bakersfield reported on HealthSouth Bakersfield’s partnership with Marley’s Mutts. The hospital works with the organization to support patient’s rehabilitation by providing on-site therapy dogs. On the first and third Thursday of the month from 1-3 p.m., Marley’s Miracles brings therapy dogs and their handlers to provide psychological and emotional comfort to patients.
