Encompass Health Nittany Valley and Mount Nittany Health are sponsoring the Centre County Stroke support group. They will be discussing American Heart Month: Never Miss A Beat. The group will meet Tuesday, February 25, 2020  from 4 to 5 p.m. at Centre Region Active Adult Center (located inside Nittany Mall), 2901 E. College Avenue, Suite #990, State College, PA 16801. This event is open to the public at no cost and light refreshments provided. During the support group we will discuss healthy lifestyle choices, play interactive games, practical ways to improve heart health, and learn about the AHA’s “Together to End Stroke" campaign.
