Hilliard Cecil wasn’t going to let a stroke get in the way of fulfilling his dream to marry his fiancée Lana. While recovering at Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital after his stroke, Hilliard mentioned his plans to the hospital staff. They quickly sprang into action to coordinate the wedding in the hospital’s beautiful atrium to help the couple carry out their dreams.
