Medical Director
Dr. Huller is a graduate of Xavier University and Loyola University School of Medicine. His residency and fellowship was obtained at the University of Cincinnati. He has 40 years of experience in Northern Kentucky practicing internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, critical care and sleep study medicine. In addition to his extensive clinical and highly skilled medical experience, Dr. Huller has served in various capacities and roles at Encompass Health Northern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hospital since establishment.
Dr. Huller is an independent private practice physician.
Director of Facilities Management
Josh joined Encompass Health in June of 2020 after working for five years as the director of facilities for critical access hospitals in Northern Michigan. He brings experience in LEAN principles, construction management, ICRA compliance and NFPA and OSHA compliance. He has a bachelor’s degree in facilities management from Ferris State University as well as an associate’s degree in Architectural Technology.
Business Development Director
Anna has 20 years of healthcare experience. She began her career as a respiratory therapist after studying at Northern Kentucky University. Anna transitioned to clinical sales as a liaison for post-acute care in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky regions more than 12 years ago, spending her last six years at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Cincinnati. Anna advanced to the business development director of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky in December 2021.
Chief Nursing Officer
Betsy has served in a variety of leadership roles over the last 10 years. She has 15 years of healthcare experience in the acute care hospital setting and emergency department and achieved her master’s degree in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University and a master’s degree in business administration from Thomas More College.
Human Resources Director
Joining the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky team in June of 2012, Bridgette brings 13 years of experience in a variety of human resource functions. She obtained a bachelor's degree from Northern Kentucky University in speech communication and a master's degree in business administration from Columbia Southern University.
Controller
Lisa has more than 12 years of healthcare finance experience. She began her healthcare career in 1995 as a staff accountant, advancing to business office manager, followed by controller. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Kentucky University.
Director of Therapy Operations
Mary has practiced as an occupational therapist for more than 20 years. She is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. Her clinical interests and experience include acute rehabilitation, industrial rehabilitation, ergonomics and management. At present, she leads the inpatient therapy teams at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky.
Director of Case Management
Erin has more than 10 years of experience as a licensed social worker and holds a bachelor's degree in social work from Northern Kentucky University and a master's degree in social work from the University of Cincinnati. She has worked for Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky for five years and currently manages the case management/discharge planning staff.
