Daryl Fields recently returned home from Encompass Health of Abilene after spending more than 100 days in the hospital recovering from COVID-19, including nearly 70 days in inpatient rehabilitation. While he still has a long road to full recovery ahead, Daryl says he was most grateful to leave the hospital in time to attend his youngest daughter’s father daughter dance.
