Important: Our goal is to activate your account within an hour during business hours. Soon after your Encompass Connection portal has been activated, you will be contacted with your login instructions. Temporary passwords are valid for 60 days, and accounts are disabled after 60 days of inactivity. Only one administrator is allowed per community.
