Through our network of 130 inpatient rehabilitation hospitals nationwide we are the largest owner and operator of inpatient rehabilitation facilities.
Home health
With 215 home health and hospice locations, we are the fourth largest provider of Medicare-certified skilled home health services.
Hospice
We are a Medicare top 25 provider of hospice services with 57 locations.

In 2018, we changed our name and brand to, in part, reflect and promote the sustainability of our business model. Our new brand signifies our commitment to creating a seamless patient care network where high-quality care is coordinated by clinical teams across inpatient and home settings.
