Forty-seven-year-old Sara McMillan has been fighting COVID-19 for more than 100 days with seven weeks of that being on a ventilator. She never assumed she would contract the virus, but when she tested positive, it affected her even quicker due to her being a diabetic. Sara was admitted to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute of Tucson to regain strength and function so that she could return home to care for her 13-year-old son who has autism. (Source: KOLD)
