Randy Williams returns home after COVID-19 battle

Ten out of 12 people at a family barbeque in California contracted COVID-19. While there were thankfully no deaths as a result of the virus in the family, Randy Smith ended up in the ICU for 2 months fighting for his life with COVID-19, which had been coupled with pneumonia, collapsed lungs, a stroke and respiratory failure. After being placed on a ventilator for a prolonged amount of time, he turned to the team at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Murrieta that helped him regain the functions needed to walk, talk and eat again.
