Benjamin Rymer came to Encompass Health of Shreveport following a serious battle with COVID-19. Rymer wasn't expected to live, but he survived. KTBS-3 shared his story and how Encompass Health of Shreveport helped him regain independence and see the special delivery of his daughter.
