To access the new website, registration for Microsoft Authenticator multi-factor authentication is required.
- The date your access to the current remote.encompasshealth.com website ends will be announced via company email or another company communication channel.
- To prevent a service disruption, it is strongly advised that you register for Microsoft Authenticator and transition to the new website as soon as possible.

If you have not yet registered for Microsoft Authenticator, register with one of the options below:
- OPTION 1: When connected to the Encompass Health network either in an Encompass Health facility or via VPN, visit

OPTION 2: If you still have access to the old remote site:
- Click here to access the old remote.encompasshealth.com site.
- Click the Microsoft Multifactor icon.
- Click the Security Info tab on the left-side of the screen.
- Click +Add sign-in method.
- Choose Authenticator app in the drop down
- Click Add.
- Follow the prompts to register.
