ATTENTION: REMOTE.ENCOMPASSHEALTH.COM IS BEING REPLACED WITH A NEW WEBSITE SOON

  • Remote.encompasshealth.com is being replaced by a new website soon.
  • To access the new website, registration for Microsoft Authenticator multi-factor authentication is required.
  • The date your access to the current remote.encompasshealth.com website ends will be announced via company email or another company communication channel.
  • To prevent a service disruption, it is strongly advised that you register for Microsoft Authenticator and transition to the new website as soon as possible.

ACTION REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE NEW WEBSITE:

  1. If you have not yet registered for Microsoft Authenticator, register with one of the options below:
    • OPTION 1: When connected to the Encompass Health network either in an Encompass Health facility or via VPN, visit https://2fa.encompasshealth.com
    • OPTION 2: If you still have access to the old remote site:
      1. Click here to access the old remote.encompasshealth.com site.
      2. Click the Microsoft Multifactor icon.
      3. Click the Security Info tab on the left-side of the screen.
      4. Click +Add sign-in method.
      5. Choose Authenticator app in the drop down
      6. Click Add.
      7. Follow the prompts to register.
