Anne Roper has been named CEO of Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health In her position as CEO, Roper oversees all of the day-to-day operations as well as patient care and quality at the 110-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital. She assumed the position on Feb. 1.

At 19 years old, Isaiah is not the typical age of someone you see at a rehabilitation hospital. Catapulted from his bike, Isaiah ended up with a broken vertebra, dislocated a part of his hip, fractured his femur, lacerated his kidney, and ended up with severe road rash. Being an independent person his entire life, this accident completely stripped him of that quality he valued most.

Following a fall leading to his recovery journey at Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital, Richard is being discharged home! His wife, a former nurse practitioner, knew that our hospital was a great decision for his rehabilitative recovery based on her background. His goal was to get home to his wife and his normal daily routine.
