Rusty Yeager

Rusty Yeager has more than 30 years of healthcare information technology experience and over 20 years of increasing responsibilities in information technology leadership at Encompass Health. Additionally, he served as a medical service corps officer specializing in healthcare information technology in the United States Air Force for 20 years.

Yeager holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio, a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Yeager has been named as one of CIO magazine’s “Ones to Watch.” He is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) and is a senior member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
