Here’s a preview of what you’ll learn in the series.
Once your stay has been approved by insurance, we can begin the admission process to our rehabilitation hospital. Your loved ones have an important role in your transition to our rehabilitation hospital. There are several things you'll need from home while you're recovering. Our liaison will provide you with a detailed list but here's a preview of what you'll need:
- Please bring basic identification, including your medical insurance or Medicare card and driver's license or government ID.
- You'll need shoes with good support and rubber soles to help you get moving again.
- You'll work with therapists to regain your independence, so you'll need comfortable clothing like sweatsuits, button front shirts, elastic waist pants and pull over tops for therapy.
