Becoming a patient

Learn about the admissions process and our compassionate, personalized care.

Are you or your loved one in need of rehabilitation?

We understand that choosing the next step in your recovery can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to make that decision alone. Our rehabilitation liaisons are here to support you and your loved ones. They will work closely with your care team at the hospital to see if inpatient rehabilitation at Encompass Health is the right fit for your needs.

If it is, your physician, discharge planner or case manager can send us a referral. Once we receive it, your Encompass Health liaison will guide you through the admission process and be there to answer any questions.
