While at one of our rehabilitation hospitals, we prioritize the care of both the patient and their caregiver. Our goal is to provide you both the tools and resources you need to be successful during and after your stay.

Find a support group near you
Support groups offer a safe space for you to share your feelings and concerns with individuals going through similar situations and are open to both patients and caregivers. The types of support groups offered vary by hospital location, but could include: stroke, brain injury, amputation, Parkinson's and spinal cord injury.

Preparing for discharge
At admission, we will assign you a case manager. This individual will help you both throughout your stay. They will begin preparation for discharge at the beginning of your stay, so you have the resources and services you might need when you leave our hospital
Stay up to date on your loved one's care
Our EHC Caregiver app will allow you to track your loved one’s progress while they are in our care. You can also access the portal from your desktop.
