Following an early career in the cardiac care unit, Nita put her nursing degree to work translating complex medical topics into easy-to-read, informational articles.
Over the past 15 years, she has written hundreds of health and wellness articles and inspirational profiles for print and online publications like Everyday Health, HealthSource and New Jersey Family. Nita and her husband live on a horse property in the beautiful Garden State of New Jersey. She often writes with her faithful yellow lab, Mac, at her feet.
