Getting started with wound care in rehabilitation
Our proven therapies have helped patients recover from surgical and post-surgical wounds, localized incisions, infected or draining wounds, pressure ulcers with complications, multiple Stage 2 wounds and Stage 3 or 4 wounds, among others. We also care for wounds associated with amputations, diabetic ulcers, necrotizing fasciitis, osteomyelitis, peripheral artery disease, venous stasis, post-trauma wounds, burns and arterial wounds.

What's included in your wound care:
- Nutrition for healing: Good nutrition is essential to help wounds heal. Our dietitians will work with you to create a plan that supports your recovery and fits your individual needs.
- Medication management: To help avoid drug interactions or side effects, our pharmacy team reviews and manages your medications with a process called medication reconciliation. This ensures you receive the right medications for your condition and recovery.
- Support after amputation: If you’ve experienced limb loss, we offer customized training and support. From prosthetic fitting and care to mobility training and skin protection, our team helps you rebuild strength and confidence.
