Sharon was named CEO of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeland after recently serving as CEO at several Community Health Systems (CHS) hospitals, including Bayfront Health in both Brooksville and Spring Hill, Florida, and Bayfront Health Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. Earlier in her career, she served as CEO at multiple HCA-operated hospitals from 2012 to 2019, and in multiple leadership roles at CJW Medical Center, a two-campus facility that is part of HCA, for seven years. She previously served as chief nursing officer and administrator at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. A registered nurse with more than 20 years of acute care leadership experience, Sharon completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and her master’s degree in business administration at Florida Atlantic University.

Greg joined Encompass Health in June 2017 and has been practicing physical therapy since August 2016, primarily in the inpatient rehabilitation setting. After earning his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Georgia Southern University in 2011, he graduated from Armstrong State University with his doctorate of physical therapy in 2016. He received his master’s degree in business administration from the University of West Georgia.

Jill brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to her role as business development director of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeland. She joined Encompass Health in 2007 and most recently served as business development director at Encompass Health of Ocala. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in social work from Marshall University and a master’s degree in social work with a specialized focus on business administration and mental health from West Virginia University. Jill is active with the American Heart Association Go Red for Women as well as the annual AHA Heart Walk.

Carrie brings 20 years of healthcare administration experience to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeland, with the last seven years being in human resources. Before joining Encompass Health, she served as an onboarding specialist, HR administrator, HR coordinator and HR business partner for two large acute care hospitals. Carrie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in health science from Keiser University and is pursuing her master’s degree in human resource management beginning fall 2022.

Grasiela is the director of quality and risk management at Encompass Health Lakeland. She oversees the development, management, implementation and sustainability of all quality assurance and improvement activities, compliance procedures and safety and risk management programs. Grasiela has more than 10 years of healthcare experience, which includes acute care and public sector, Joint Commission accreditation and regulatory compliance, risk management, quality assurance, and performance improvement. She earned her bachelor's degree in health & human services from St. Petersburg College and her master's degree in health administration from Grand Canyon University.

Ralph joined Encompass Health in 2016, and he has more than 10 years of experience in various healthcare fields. He graduated from Pasco Hernando State College with an associate’s degree in nursing and from Western Governors University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. He obtained his certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse in 2018 and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration with a focus in healthcare management from Western Governors University.

Prior to joining the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeland team, Travis worked for an acute behavioral health company for five years as a maintenance technician and worked his way into the facility director role. He has a degree in HVAC from York Technical College in South Carolina. Before working in the healthcare industry, he was in the United States Air Force for six years.
