Student observation hours
A U.S. Navy veteran born July 3, Ken Goss was spending both his birthday and Independence Day at our hospital. Not wanting to miss the tradition of singing “very badly” in celebration of his birthday, Ken’s daughter asked if it would be possible to have a birthday party for her dad. Our team was able to safely accommodate this request with masks and social distancing. We’re glad to have helped keep this tradition alive and remind Ken that his family was fighting alongside him.
