- Comfortable clothing to wear during therapy, such as sweatpants and T-shirts
- Undergarments
- Sleepwear and a robe, as well as non-slip slippers if you have them

Your day at a glance
Every patient is different, and their care plan and daily activities will be, too. The following are a few things you can expect throughout your day.
- Expect at least 15 hours of therapy a week, which will be spread out throughout the day on weekdays and/or weekends. This takes place individually or in a group setting.
- You will have 24/7 nursing care. Your nurses will help with any medical needs, including medication administration and pain management.
- We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can take your meals in the dining room or your room. Our dietitians can help with any dietary needs you might have.
- A rehabilitation physician will visit you three times a week to evaluate your progress. Depending on your need, you may also have access to specialty physicians.
