Luke has been with Encompass Health since 2015 and brings 15 years of healthcare experience. An Alabama native, he graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a bachelor’s degree in biology. Luke received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and a master’s of business administration and master’s of health care leadership from Friends University.

Dr. Onyeka has been a practicing physician for more than 30 years. He completed his medical training at the premier Nigerian medical school, University of Nigeria, in 1991. He proceeded to complete his internal medicine residency training at John Stroger, Jr. Hospital, Cook County, in Chicago, Illinois. He is a board-certified physician in internal medicine. Dr. Onyeka joined Altru Health System in February 2004, where he later functioned as medical director of hospital medicine from 2007 to 2017. He currently serves as chair of the department at Altru Health System. He is excited about the opportunity to join Altru Rehabilitation Hospital as medical director.

Bob brings more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital. A native of Ohio, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Akron. Bob is a certified public accountant through the Ohio Accountancy Board and a certified fraud examiner through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He also has a master certificate in lean six sigma from Villanova University.

Jenny brings more than 27 years of healthcare experience, with seven years in healthcare management. She is a Minot native and graduated from Williston State College. She has an associate’s degree in nursing, as well as a teaching certificate in healthcare from Valley City State University.

Jonda brings more than 25 years of nursing experience and leadership to Encompass Health. Originally from Ohio, she completed her associate degree in nursing at Southern State Community College. Later she completed a bachelor's degree in nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University and a master's degree in nursing leadership and management at Western Governors University. She is a board-certified nurse executive through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Emily is a Grand Forks native and brings more than 10 years of healthcare experience to Altru Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health. She graduated from the University of Minnesota-Crookston with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management. She received a master’s degree in business from the University of Mary in Bismarck North Dakota.

Daria graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a Doctor of Pharmacy in 2016. Prior to and throughout pharmacy school, she worked as a full-time pharmacy technician/intern and has been in various pharmacy practice settings, including community, nuclear and hospital pharmacies, since 2011. In order to broaden her clinical and practice knowledge, she attended the Department of Pharmaceutical Outcomes & Policy at the University of Florida and graduated with a master’s degree in applied pharmacoeconomics in May 2023. Daria has been living in Grand Forks, North Dakota since January 2022 and is excited to further her career in this role.

Rhonda brings more than 25 years of expertise in the discipline of human resources management to Encompass Health. Rhonda received her bachelor’s degree in human services management from the University of Phoenix and a certificate in human resources from the University of Villanova.

Jessica brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital. A Minnesota native, she graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College with her AAS LPN and later returned for her AD RN. She then attended Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is currently in graduate school for her master's degree in nursing through her alma mater MSUM.

Nicole brings more than 17 years of healthcare experience to Encompass Health. Eight of those years, she gained leadership experience as a supervisor and then as a manager of inpatient therapy services for acute care, rehab and behavior health services. A native of South Dakota, she graduated from the University of ND with a master’s of occupational therapy. Throughout her 17 years in healthcare, she has focused her career towards both rehabilitation services and leadership.
