Molly was named chief executive officer of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo in May 2021. She has seven years of healthcare executive leadership and more than 30 years of nursing expertise serving as the chief nursing officer at multiple acute care hospitals within various healthcare systems. She also served in many nursing and critical care leadership roles earlier in her career. Molly earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing from Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire and her master’s degree in business administration from Capella University in Minnesota.

Dr. Kevin Creed earned his medical degree in 2004 from Howard University in Washington, D.C.  He completed his internship and residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation in 2008 at The University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Creed is board certified through the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Creed is an independent private practice physician.

Sean comes to Encompass Health with a strong background in facilities operations, including 20 years of hospitality and five years of healthcare management experience. Sean earned his bachelor’s degree in information technology from Tennessee Technological University and a master’s degree in business administration with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine Healthcare Specialization rom the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Sean is a committed advocate for people with mental health and intellectual disabilities and was named IPS Employer of the Year by the Tennessee Association of Mental Health Organizations in 2019.

Sheryl has been in the field of human resources management for 20 years and has been with Encompass Health since May 2022. Prior to joining our team, she worked as a senior human resources business partner for the global customer service division of Forensic Technology Inc. for nine years. She holds degrees in legal studies from Sinclair College, psychology from Kent State University, human resources management from Nova Southeastern University and international business from Johnstown University. Sheryl also has worked in fitness for 15 years with certifications as a master trainer/certified national personal trainer.

Thuan is the director of pharmacy for Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo. He earned his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Minnesota and currently maintains an active pharmacist license in Illinois, Florida, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Thuan brings nearly 30 years of pharmacy experience to Encompass Health Largo with a strong passion and commitment to patient safety and experience. Most recently, Thuan was the pharmacy director for Encompass Health Ocala in Florida.

Nicole has been with Encompass Health since 2016. She joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo as a registered nurse and has also previously served as the hospital educator and infection preventionist. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada. She is a certified rehabilitation registered nurse and holds a certification in infection prevention and control. Nicole is a leader, committed to quality outcomes and positive patient experiences.

Karrie joined Encompass Health in 2023, bringing nearly three decades of case management experience. She has held case management positions in both acute and post-acute arenas and held leadership positions for the last 17 years. She earned an associate degree from Indiana Tech and a bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University. Karrie is a certified case manager with a case manager administrator certification and has a passion for patient advocacy while utilizing data analytics and collaborative approaches to obtain effectiveness and efficiencies that optimize outcomes.

Hayley joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo in 2021. She brings more than 10 years of experience in healthcare business development, sales and marketing. She has a passion for helping members of our community and is an advocate in assisting patients and their families in getting the care and outcomes they deserve. Hayley earned an undergraduate degree in business administration from Florida State University.

Susan brings more than 30 years of health information management experience to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo. She graduated from the State University of New York at Alfred with an associate degree in health information management, she is a registered health information technician and certified in healthcare privacy and security.

Patti brings almost 30 years of nursing expertise to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo. She has held various leadership positions throughout her career including executive roles in acute care hospitals in Pinellas and Sarasota counties, including VP of emergency services, associate chief nursing officer and chief nursing officer. Patti has a passion for providing high quality and safe patient care. She is skilled in nursing operations and management, emergency nursing, critical care nursing, data analytics and leadership development. Most recently, Patti worked for Largo Medical Center as the interim CNO/associate chief nursing officer. Patti completed her undergraduate studies at Memorial University in Canada and she received her master’s degree at Walden University.

Nolan joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo in 2022. Prior to his time at Encompass Health Largo, Nolan served in numerous financial roles in acute care facilities in Kentucky and Florida. Nolan earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master's degree in business administration from Morehead State University.

Jouni joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo in 2015, bringing a background in various hospital settings including emergency medical services and acute care to his role. He received a bachelor’s degree in medical anthropology and master’s degree in physical therapy from University of North Dakota. He later earned a clinical doctorate degree in physical therapy from A.T. Still University in 2011 and master’s in business administration from University of South Florida in 2014.
