Nathan began his career with Encompass Health in 2012 at Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Phenix City, Alabama. He started as a staff RN before climbing the nursing leadership ladder. In 2016, Nathan became the chief nursing officer and served in that role until his transition to the associate administrator role at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga in 2018. Most recently Nathan served as CEO at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Shelby County, in Pelham, Alabama. Nathan received his associate degree in nursing from Chattahoochee Valley Community College in Phenix City and received his bachelor's degree in nursing as well as his master's degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downers Grove, Illinois. He is also a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse.

Dr. Olson joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Parkersburg in 2008. She is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Olson is a 1997 graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine and a 2000 graduate of the Kanawha Valley Family Practice/Charleston Area Medical Center Family Practice Residency. After four years of active duty as an Air Force physician during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, she moved to the Parkersburg area in 2004.

Dr. Olson is an independent private practice physician.

Brandy has been a physical therapist for more than 16 years and has worked in outpatient, skilled, pediatrics and home health settings. Brandy spent 10 years in healthcare management and six years as a clinic owner. She received a bachelor’s degree in education from Waynesburg University in 2003 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2007.

Beth brings more than 30 years of nursing experience to her role at Encompass Health of Parkersburg. She has been employed by Encompass Health since 2014 as director of quality and interim CNO at Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg Virginia and Shelby County, Alabama. Beth joined Encompass Health of Parkersburg as CNO in November of 2020. Beth graduated with a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi West Virginia.

Barry has worked in healthcare facilities for more than 30 years. He has served as director of facilities at a local regional hospital and as safety officer. He volunteers with the West Virginia Society of Healthcare Engineering and has recently served on its Board of Directors. He is also member of the American Society for Health Care Engineering and the National Fire Protection Association. He is a graduate of Marshall University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and operations management.

Olivia joined Encompass Health Parkersburg as the human resources director in June 2020 having previously served as the human resources manager from 2019-2020 and the human resources assistant from 2015-2018. Olivia graduated from West Virginia University of Parkersburg in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Megan brings more than 10 years of experience in healthcare marketing to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Parkersburg. Having worked with case managers, physicians, nurses and patients across the continuum of care, Megan recognizes the importance of helping patients access the appropriate level of care for the best possible outcomes. As business development director, she leads a team of healthcare professionals responsible for patient education, business development, and community outreach across the mid-Ohio Valley. Megan is a graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in health communication.

Susan was named controller of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Parkersburg in January 2021. She has more than 20 years of experience, with eight of those in the health care industry. A Cleveland native, she graduated from Cleveland State University earning a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in accounting.
