Area Chief Executive Officer
After an extensive career in retail management, Robb entered the nursing profession in 1996. After serving in various leadership positions throughout his nursing career, Robb assumed duties as hospital assistant administrator of Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital, overseeing overall hospital operations, while directly overseeing several clinical and ancillary departments as well as serving as administrator of the Southern West Virginia Clinic. Robb graduated cum laude from Bluefield State College and also earned a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership from Mountain State University. He obtained his master of business administration in healthcare administration from Ashford University in 2012. Robb serves as an elected Board of Director for the City of Bluefield as well as the head basketball coach at Princeton Senior High School.
Medical Director
Dr. Zhang became medical director of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Princeton in November 2014. He brings over a decade of expertise in physical medicine and rehabilitation to the southern West Virginia region. Dr. Zhang brings unique perspectives and significant medical leadership experience gained in various medical directorships throughout his career.
Dr. Zhang is an independent private practice physician.
Chief Nursing Officer
Greg brings more than 30 years healthcare experience to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Princeton. Greg has served within several facilities in and around the Mercer County area as CNA, EMT, RN, department director and licensed nursing home administrator. Greg holds an 18-month certificate in surgical technology, an associate of science in nursing and a Bachelor of Science in human resource management, as well as a master’s degree in strategic leadership.
Business Development Director
Tammy has been employed at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Princeton since March 1993. She earned her associate's degree in respiratory services from Mountain State University. She has more than 26 years of experience in healthcare with 23 years in rehabilitation. Tammy’s first role at Encompass Health was as a staff respiratory therapist. She was promoted to respiratory supervisor in 1996. Tammy joined the marketing department as a rehab liaison in 2001 and was promoted to senior rehab liaison in 2008. She joined the leadership team as director of marketing operations in February 2016.
Controller
Amy joined Encompass Health Princeton in June 2019. She brings more than 15 years of experience in finance along with service in various leadership roles to her role. Amy graduated Cum Laude earning her bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Bluefield College in 2002. She earned her master of business administration degree with high distinction from Liberty University in 2017. Amy is a member of Delta Mu Delta, an international honor society that recognizes academic excellence in business administration programs.
Director of Case Management
Greta has been employed at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Princeton since February 2016. She has nine years of case management experience, with focus in discharge planning, patient advocacy, crisis intervention, mental health evaluation and ethical decision- making counseling. After obtaining her bachelor's degree in social work from Concord University she began her career as a medical social worker. She continued her education and received her master's degree in social work from Concord University in 2014.
