Daniel has served in various healthcare administration roles throughout his career including senior leadership positions in both acute and post-acute settings. Prior to joining Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Prosper, he served as the CEO at Encompass Health Dallas. A graduate of Florida State University, he completed his bachelor of science in rehabilitation services, then obtained his master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of West Florida. Daniel’s focus is to continuously improve the hospital to exceed the expectations of patients, visitors, staff and physicians.

Dr. Zaman serves as medical director at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Prosper. Dr. Zaman completed his internship in general surgery, and subsequent PM&R residency training at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He then went on to complete an interventional spine physiatry fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He practiced in Salt Lake City for over a decade and founded the PM&R department at Intermountain Medical Center. He has lectured at many national meetings and is an active member of organizations such as the American Academy of PM&R, and the North American Spine Society, where he is the chairman of the Patient Education Committee.

Dr. Zaman is an independent private practice physician.

Lillie brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience to Encompass Health Prosper in areas of revenue cycle management, account management, patient experience coaching and quality and risk management. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration concentrating in finance from University of Arizona Global and a master's degree in organizational management and healthcare administration from University of Arizona Global. Prior to joining Encompass Health, Lillie was a leader in revenue cycle and risk in the acute care setting. Lillie advocates for a safe, quality-driven, and service-centered patient experience.

Kellie joins our team after working at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Virginia. She has been practicing as a clinical pharmacist in hospitals for more than 30 years. She graduated from Albany College of Pharmacy with a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. Kellie went on to complete her doctorate degree in pharmacy from the University of Florida to become a clinical pharmacist. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and was awarded the highest academic achievement award. As a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist, she is committed to providing the best pharmaceutical care for the patients we serve. Kellie is passionate about the mission of Encompass Health and how its holistic approach to care allows her to improve medication regimens for less adverse effects and optimal treatment to get patients back out living their lives.

Caitlin graduated from Angelo State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and then went on to receive her master’s degree in accounting from Texas A&M University at Commerce. Prior to joining Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Prosper, Caitlin gained valuable experience at Shannon Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health and Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Dallas. Prior to joining Encompass Health, she worked at Shannon South, formerly known as Community Medical Center in San Angelo, Texas. Caitlin oversees the financial operations of the hospital and provides support to leadership by equipping them with the necessary information and tools needed.

Laura joined Encompass Health in 2013 and has made her way to Prosper via our Fort Worth and Dallas locations. She graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Dallas Baptist University and a master of science degree in communication disorders from University of Texas at Dallas. Laura holds a Clinical Competency Certification from the American Speech Language Hearing Association as well as additional membership in Special Interest Group 13 – Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders (Dysphagia). She is passionate about rehabilitation and her commitment is to provide our patients with compassionate, functional, and research-based therapy.

Cassie serves as the business development director at Encompass Health Prosper. She joined Encompass Health in 2017. In 2019, she made a bold career pivot into the dynamic world of sales and marketing where she served as a senior rehab liaison at our Encompass Health Mid-Cities hospital. There, she combined her love for helping patients/families and has a passion for inpatient rehabilitation. She earned a bachelor of health sciences degree from Texas Tech University and a doctorate of physical therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.  With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, she honed her expertise in providing quality patient care and understanding complex medical processes.

Elizabeth joined Encompass Health in 2006 and brings hospital operations and Joint Commission readiness. Previously, she was responsible for assisting regional facility management, covering 26 facilities in the states of Texas, training on varies systems and processes. Elizabeth graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos with a bachelor’s degree in health information management and is a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional. Elizabeth is passionate about her team and the patient environment.

Peggy joined Encompass Health in 2020 and has served in healthcare her entire career. Peggy holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from Friends University in organizational management and leadership and an executive MBA with University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Bloch School of Management. Peggy is dual senior certified with SPHR awarded by the Human Resource Certification Institute and SHRM-SCP.
