Scott Butler named CEO of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Rock Hill

Scott Butler has been appointed as chief executive officer of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Rock Hill. In his position as CEO, Butler oversees all of the day-to-day operations, as well as patient care and quality, at the 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital located at 1795 Dr. Frank Gaston Blvd.
