Chief Executive Officer
Robin joined Encompass Health Salisbury in 2022, bringing with her years of experience as a post-acute healthcare executive. She has more than 21 years of experience in healthcare. She started her career as a program director in an acute rehabilitation unit. Following this role, Robin became area director of operations for RehabCare, where she was responsible for post-acute care services in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey and oversaw the daily functions within inpatient acute rehabilitation, transitional care and outpatient therapy clinics. She then joined Lehigh Valley Health Network in 2014 and continued her career until 2022. In her role at LVHN, she served as administrator of inpatient rehabilitation facilities, managing the operations of five inpatient rehabilitation units, totaling 108 beds, two of which were built and opened under her direction and leadership. Robin earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Millersville University in Millersville, Pennsylvania. She also holds a master’s degree in social work from Marywood College in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Zorn has been a part of the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury hospital team for more than 15 years. He specializes in comprehensive generalized rehabilitation, musculoskeletal disorders, electro diagnostic medicine and independent medical examinations. A graduate of Duke University and Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Dr. Zorn completed his internship at the Medical Center of Delaware in Newark and his residency at Jefferson University Hospital.
Dr. Zorn is an independent private practice physician.
Director of Quality/Risk
Natalie joined the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury team in 2018 as infection preventionist/employee health nurse working with the nursing team. In 2020 she transitioned into her role as the quality and risk director. She brings with her a strong clinical background in acute care nursing since 2008; specializing in the care of post op abdominal, vascular, and bariatric patients. In addition to acute care experience, Natalie has also experience teaching nursing courses at the local community college. Natalie received her master’s degree in nursing leadership from Wilmington University in Delaware.
Human Resources Director
Brad joined the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury team in 2022. His professional experience included human resources, medical practice management, and adult education. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Healthcare Management form Ohio Christian University in Circleville, OH.
Karen has been the controller at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury for 15 years and employed at the hospital for nearly 20 years. She brings more than 20 years of accounting and financial management experience to her position. Karen has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Salisbury University.
