With over 20 years in healthcare, Lesalee Chilcote brings experience in leading teams to achieve operational excellence and superior outcomes. Lesalee served as the director of pharmacy at Encompass Health in Hot Springs for five years prior to being promoted to the CEO position in November 2020. She earned her master’s degree in business administration from Louisiana State University-Shreveport in addition to her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Outside of work Lesalee enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys, enjoying the beautiful Hot Springs outdoor life.

Dr. Ma has more than thirty years of experience in medicine. He is a physiatrist specialized in general physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). He graduated from Qingdao Medical College in 1985 and practiced orthopedics for several years. He completed his PM&R residency at downstate New York State University in 2014 and his interventional pain fellowship in Birmingham, Alabama in 2015. He likes to work with patients and enjoys resolving their problems.

Dr. Ma is an independent private practice physician.

Paige brings more than 20 years of accounting experience with over 10 of those in healthcare finance. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and her master’s degree in business administration from Louisiana State University-Shreveport. Paige enjoys traveling and being outdoors.

Alissa has 10 years of nursing experience with eight of those being in case management and quality positions. She started with our hospital in 2017 and obtained her certification in case management in 2018. Her career here has branched from case management to patient assessment standards coordinator and currently the director of case management. She has obtained a master's degree in business administration and a master's degree in nursing to add to her vast knowledge of healthcare. She strives to help patients get back to enjoying their lives after discharge from the hospital.

Amanda has more than 10 years of experience in the rehabilitation setting. Amanda's passion has always been in rehabilitation and was excited to make the transition to Encompass Health in 2018. Amanda was promoted to the role of human resource director in 2021.

Kim joined Encompass Health in 2003. She began her nursing career as a licensed practical nurse and obtained her bachelor's degree in nursing in 1995. She has worked in several capacities throughout the hospital. She has been in the marketing department since 2009 and has been the business development director since 2018. Kim was promoted to area business development director in April 2024 to include CHI St. Vincent Sherwood Rehabilitation Hospital and CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs Rehabilitation Hospital.

Jonathan is the director of therapy operations at CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs Rehabilitation Hospital, a partner of Encompass Health. As an Arkansas native, he lived in Northwest Arkansas prior to relocating to Hot Springs. Jon has been a physical therapist for more than 28 years and has diverse experience in inpatient rehabilitation and operating outpatient orthopedic clinics. Jon graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in physical therapy. He is passionate about rehabilitation and seeing patients meet their goals and regain their independence.

Dana has more than 20 years of nursing experience including emergency department, staff development, cardiac rehabilitation as well as case management. She is a Certified Case Manager and has a passion for rehabilitation as it allows the patients to be able to get back to doing the things they enjoy.

James Smith is the Facilities Management Director for CHI St Vincent Rehabilitation Hospital.
