At CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs Rehabilitation Hospital, a partner of Encompass Health, we are committed to helping you regain independence after a life-changing illness or injury. Located in Hot Springs, we are a leading provider of inpatient rehabilitation for stroke, brain injury and other complex neurological and orthopedic conditions.
Using clinical collaboration and advanced technologies, we provide a personalized care plan designed to meet your unique needs and help you achieve your goals.
Our inpatient rehabilitation hospital uses an interdisciplinary team approach that includes physical, speech and occupational therapists, rehabilitation physicians, rehabilitation nurses, case managers, dietitians and more, combined with our advanced technology and expertise, to help you achieve your goals. You will receive at least three hours of therapy five days per week while under the constant care of registered nurses, many of whom specialize in rehabilitation, and frequent independent private practice physician* visits.
Rehabilitation is covered in full or part by most health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Our hospital has contracts with most major insurance companies and is willing to negotiate with other companies, as needed.

Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years in healthcare, Lesalee Chilcote brings experience in leading teams to achieve operational excellence and superior outcomes. Lesalee served as the director of pharmacy at Encompass Health in Hot Springs for five years prior to being promoted to the CEO position in November 2020. She earned her master’s degree in business administration from Louisiana State University-Shreveport in addition to her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Outside of work Lesalee enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys, enjoying the beautiful Hot Springs outdoor life.
Medical Director
Dr. Clint Seymour is a family medicine doctor, undersea & hyperbaric medicine specialist and primary care doctor with subspecialties including preventative medicine. He has more than 21 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from University of South Carolina School of Medicine medical school in 2001 and completed a residency at Eastern VA Med School.
Pharmacy Director
Daniel began working in hospital pharmacy in 2008 and was thrilled to continue that passion becoming director of pharmacy at of CHI St. Vincent Rehabilitation Hospital Hot Springs in March 2021. Daniel completed his undergraduate education at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville where he earned degrees in English, French and European studies. He then earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Additionally, Daniel is board certified in pharmacotherapy (BCPS).
Director of Therapy Operations
Sonja brings more than 20 years of diverse clinical experience and a wealth of managerial skills to CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs Rehabilitation Hospital. She is experienced in many facets of rehabilitation healthcare including acute care and inpatient rehabilitation, pediatrics with emphasis on school age populations, home health and long-term care focusing on dementia management. Sonja consistently advocates for her patients and ensures they receive the top level of care. In addition, she prides herself on continual professional development for her rehabilitation staff. Sonja is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas where she received degrees in occupational therapy and psychology. She resides in Hot Springs with her husband and four children.
Controller
Paige brings more than 20 years of accounting experience with over 10 of those in healthcare finance. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and her master’s degree in business administration from Louisiana State University-Shreveport. Paige enjoys traveling and being outdoors.
Director of Case Management
Alissa has 10 years of nursing experience with eight of those being in case management and quality positions. She started with our hospital in 2017 and obtained her certification in case management in 2018. Her career here has branched from case management to patient assessment standards coordinator and currently the director of case management. She has obtained a master's degree in business administration and a master's degree in nursing to add to her vast knowledge of healthcare. She strives to help patients get back to enjoying their lives after discharge from the hospital.
Human Resources Director
Amanda has more than 10 years of experience in the rehabilitation setting. Amanda's passion has always been in rehabilitation and was excited to make the transition to Encompass Health in 2018. Amanda was promoted to the role of human resource director in 2021.
Director of Quality and Risk
Rebecca brings more than seven years of experience in healthcare quality. Prior to joining CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs Rehabilitation Hospital as the director of quality and risk management in 2016, Rebecca held positions in quality in the acute care setting as well as at the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care (AFMC) Quality Improvement Organization (QIO). There, she held the role of quality improvement specialist assisting acute care hospitals, critical access hospitals, inpatient psychiatric hospitals and physician practices with various quality improvement initiatives through contract work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Arkansas Medicaid and the Arkansas Department of Health Office of Rural Health and Primary Care. She earned her associate degree in nursing from National Park Community College and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Arkansas Tech University.
Director of Business Development
Veronica serves as the Director of Business Development she has 15+ years experience in healthcare where she started as a language interpreter. She began her career with our hospital in 2015 as a rehabilitation nurse liaison before transitioning senior liaison then interim business development director. Her registered nursing career branches from clinic and acute care setting. She brings experience in specialties including cardiology, endocrinology, and orthopedic surgery. She strives to promote education to the community on the benefits of physical rehabilitation. She is involved with many area community organizations to promote the hospital throughout Central Arkansas.
Chief Nursing Officer
Dana has more than 20 years of nursing experience including emergency department, staff development, cardiac rehabilitation as well as case management. She is a Certified Case Manager and has a passion for rehabilitation as it allows the patients to be able to get back to doing the things they enjoy.
