Natalie joins Encompass Health with more than 11 years of healthcare experience and nine years of service in the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers as a lieutenant. Previously, as the regional vice president of a hospital system in Michigan, she was responsible for the overall management of nursing services regarding clinical practice, education, professional development and administration of direct patient care. Natalie has a proven track record of success in patient safety and quality. Natalie holds a master’s degree in business administration from Western Governors University and a master’s degree in nursing from Robert Morris University. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is Lean Six Sigma White Belt certified by the Six Sigma Global Institute. She is also a member of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership and American Nurses Association.

Dr. Lancaster obtained a degree in biological sciences graduating magna cum laude from Florida State University with induction into Phi Beta Kappa. He obtained his medical degree at Florida State University College of Medicine where his first two years of medical education were completed in Tallahassee, and his last two years of clinical rotation training were performed at Orlando Regional Florida Hospital. Dr. Lancaster also completed a sub-internship in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. His residency was completed in internal medicine at the University of South Florida with training at Tampa General Hospital, Moffit Cancer Center and the James A Haley VA. After working and training in 13 different medical hospitals and institutions across the country, Dr. Lancaster founded North Florida Rehab Solutions (NFRS) in 2018. NFRS is a private medical practice specializing in delivering hospital-quality internal medicine to a population requiring advanced rehabilitation. Dr. Lancaster is the medical director of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Tallahassee.

Dr. Lancaster is an independent private practice physician.

Kellie is the controller for Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Tallahassee. She has nearly 20 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining Encompass Health in 2014, Kellie had more than 10 years of experience in various healthcare roles in pharmacy and acute care. She has also served in various leadership positions in the community as a board member and volunteer with youth sports. Kellie graduated magna cum laude with a degree in physical sciences.

Krissy has served in healthcare for more than 17 years in mental health, community and acute care settings. Krissy earned a master's degree in social work and a master's degree in business administration. She also holds credentials as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management and a Certified Patient Experience Professional. She has been trained in total quality management and has built her career around improving the quality of healthcare for all patients. In her free time, she enjoys baking, reading and going on adventures with her family.

Dayna was born and raised in Crawfordville, Florida and graduated from Florida State University (FSU) with a degree in communications. Dayna went on to further her education and received her master's degree in business administration from Colorado State University and her SHRM Senior Professional Certification in human resources.

Justin received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida A&M University College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Tallahassee, Florida. After graduating, he went on to work in the community pharmacy setting before transitioning into a more clinical career path working at an acute care facility where he served many roles ranging from clinical to administrative. He began his tenure at Encompass Health in 2021, transitioning to director of pharmacy in July 2022. He also serves as a preceptor for Doctor of Pharmacy candidates on clinical rotations, and his goals are to ensure positive patient outcomes by focusing on medication adherence and proper medication management.

Jim Joined Encompass Health in 2023. A Tallahassee, Florida native, Jim received his electrician certification from Lively Technical College. Jim has extensive experience in the healthcare field, serving as an electrician and engineer for more than 29 years. In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time with family and Florida State University football.

Heidi is the director of therapy operations at Encompass Hospital of Tallahassee. Prior to joining Encompass Health, she served for more than 20 years in various leadership roles including director of therapy, clinical consultant and vice president of therapy operations. Heidi also served as a gubernatorial-assigned board member to the Florida Board of Occupational Therapy from 2013-2015. Heidi holds both a bachelor’s and a doctoral degree in occupational therapy.

Nancy Anne brings almost 24 years of nursing experience to Encompass Health Rehabilitation of Tallahassee. She has held various leadership positions throughout her career in acute care and is a trusted nurse leader in the community. Nancy Anne received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Florida State University in 1997 and received her master's degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama with a concentration in executive nurse administration in 2011.  She is also a certified neuroscience registered nurse. Nancy Anne has a passion for high-quality and safe patient care.
