Monica assumed the role of CEO at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in July (2020) having most recently served as an independent healthcare consultant and as the regional CEO for a long term acute care hospital organization. She has more than 25 years of healthcare experience in the areas of administration, program management, consultancy, case management and nursing. Monica, a registered nurse, holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Thomas Jefferson University as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in business administration from Widener University.

Dr. Siu is the associate program director for the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program and an associate professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine. He is also the medical director and director of brain injury and stroke rehabilitation at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Vineland. He graduated from UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007 with a Doctor of Osteopathic and a Doctor of Philosophy. He completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Temple University/Moss Rehab. He is double board certified in physical medicine in rehabilitation and brain injury medicine. Since joining Rowan University and the Encompass Health team, his clinical focus has been in neurorehabilitation, specifically in brain injury, concussions, stroke, movement disorders and dementia. He has multiple research grants and has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and articles. His research focus is on neurorehabilitation, Alzheimer’s disease, osteopathic medicine and lymphedema. He serves as a student and resident research advisor at Rowan University.

Dr. Siu is an independent private practice physician.

Matt joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Vineland in 2010 and served as the director of therapy operations for 14 years. During those years, he served as the interim director of quality and risk on multiple occasions and in 2024 transitioned to the full-time director of quality and risk. Matt’s constant focus on process and clinical improvement has allowed him to successfully serve in both leadership roles at Encompass Health Vineland. Matt’s leadership of the interdisciplinary team was instrumental in obtaining disease-specific certifications from The Joint Commission in stroke, brain injury and hip fracture rehabilitation. He holds a master's degree in physical therapy from Boston University.

Holding more than 20 years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist, Nancy Handley has served as a pharmacist for Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Vineland since 2013. Nancy is committed to providing quality pharmaceutical care as an essential link in disease management, communicating regularly with physicians, nurses, therapists and dietitian for connected care. Nancy earned her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science and her master’s degree in pharmacy medication therapy management from University of Florida. She is a Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and a member of the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists.

Vanessa joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Vineland in 2011 as a staff physical therapist. After just a few years, Vanessa moved into the therapy team lead position and then into the therapy manager position in 2017. After seven years as the manager, Vanessa was promoted to director of therapy operations. Vanessa holds a master’s degree in business administration with a healthcare focus and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Widener University. Vanessa leads the Joint Commission Disease-Specific Certified Stroke Team and was an integral member of the interdisciplinary team that achieved the Joint Comission Disease-Specific Certification for Stroke, Brain Injury and Hip Fracture. Vanessa also is a certified neuro-development therapist through the Neuro-Development Treatment Association (NDTA).

Timothy joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Vineland in 2022 as the business development director. He has almost 10 years of business development and sales experience in New Jersey.

Pamela McClellan joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Vineland in August, 2018, as the director of case management. She has over 30 years of experience working in the healthcare industry and most recently served as the director of social services for a sub-acute, long-term care facility in Berlin, New Jersey. Pamela received her Master of Science in Health Administration from Saint Joseph’s University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.

Terry joined the Encompass Health team in November 2022. She has served in healthcare facilities management for 24 years and total construction and facilities management for more than 30 years. Terry has a bachelor’s degree in business administration as well as a Red Seal boiler engineer’s license and a Red Seal refrigeration engineer’s license from New Jersey.

Joe joined Encompass Health in 2011, bringing seven years of hospital finance experience. He is a graduate of Rutgers University – Camden and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Prior to joining Encompass Health Vineland, Joe gained valuable experience while employed at Cooper University Hospital, where he worked as an accountant for more than five years.

Heather, a registered nurse, joined Encompass Health in 2021 as the director of quality & risk management and brings 11 years of nursing leadership experience.  She spent 18 years working in various clinical and leadership roles at Altanticare Regional Medical Center with focus in the areas of orthopedics, trauma and stroke. She holds a master's degree in business administration from Stockton University and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Rutgers University.

Kyle joined Encompass Health in January 2024, bringing more than eight years of human resources experience. Prior to joining Encompass Health, Kyle acted as a regional human resources director where he oversaw four nursing home locations throughout South Jersey. Kyle is a results-driven leader with an extensive background in recruiting, employee engagement and retention. Kyle graduated from Stockton University with his master’s degree in business administration in 2016 and received his bachelor's degree from Philadelphia University in 2013.
