Encompass Health submitted a determination of need application to add 17 beds at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Western Massachusetts. The inpatient rehabilitation hospital currently includes 53 beds, and our intent is to add beds to meet the community’s rehabilitation needs. Encompass Health will host a virtual, public meeting to discuss the need for the project on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (3:00 p.m. Central).
