SEWICKLEY, Penn., April 5, 2024 – Next month, Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sewickley plans to add 10 new private rooms to treat patients in need of a hospital-level of care for rehabilitation services. The hospital located at 351 Camp Meeting Road will include 65 private rooms upon completion of the project.

The hospital serves patients recovering from debilitating illnesses and injuries including strokes, amputations, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other complex neurological and orthopedic conditions. The multidisciplinary rehabilitation team includes physicians, registered nurses, case managers, and dieticians, who combine the latest technologies and individualized treatment plans to help patients progress toward independence. Patients receive at least three hours of therapy five days per week.
