Nov. 4, 2024 - Patricia White has been appointed as chief executive officer of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Toledo. The hospital is a 40-bed, inpatient rehabilitation hospital located at 4647 Monroe Street in Toledo, Ohio.
White joins Encompass Health with more than 25 years of healthcare experience. She has held senior management roles in business development and clinical operations, where she developed and executed strategic plans and initiatives to stimulate market share growth, implemented service standards to enhance patient experience and oversaw physician recruiting.
“Patricia is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with comprehensive experience in operations and budget management, quality assurance and physician alignment,” said Troy DeDecker, president of Encompass Health’s Central region. “I am excited for the hospital’s future under her leadership.”
White earned her master’s degree in business administration from Wayne State University. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, serves as a Women of Tomorrow mentor and is on the boards of Advantage Health Centers and the Detroit Minority Organ Tissue Transplant Education Foundation. White is also a member of the National Association of Health Services Executives, The Links, Inc. and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
