Mark joined the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury team in 2024 and has 30 years of healthcare experience, having served most recently as the CEO of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Morgantown. Mark has his master's degree in health administration from Duke University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Radford University. Mark is actively involved in numerous community activities and has served on the board of directors of various charitable organizations in the communities where he has lived and worked.

Dr. Zorn has been a part of the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury hospital team for more than 15 years. He specializes in comprehensive generalized rehabilitation, musculoskeletal disorders, electro diagnostic medicine and independent medical examinations. A graduate of Duke University and Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Dr. Zorn completed his internship at the Medical Center of Delaware in Newark and his residency at Jefferson University Hospital.

Dr. Zorn is an independent private practice physician.

Natalie joined the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury team in 2018 as infection preventionist/employee health nurse working with the nursing team. In 2020 she transitioned into her role as the quality and risk director. She brings with her a strong clinical background in acute care nursing since 2008; specializing in the care of post op abdominal, vascular, and bariatric patients. In addition to acute care experience, Natalie has also experience teaching nursing courses at the local community college. Natalie received her master’s degree in nursing leadership from Wilmington University in Delaware.

Brad joined the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury team in 2022. His professional experience included human resources, medical practice management, and adult education. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Healthcare Management form Ohio Christian University in Circleville, OH.

Karen has been the controller at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury for 15 years and employed at the hospital for nearly 20 years. She brings more than 20 years of accounting and financial management experience to her position. Karen has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Salisbury University.

Whitney joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury in 2019 as a physical therapist. In 2023, she transitioned into her role as the director of therapy operations. Whitney has a strong clinical background in acute inpatient rehabilitation and is a board-certified specialist in neurologic physical therapy. She is passionate about creating an environment that encourages clinical excellence, innovation, creativity and collaboration. Whitney received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
