Angie brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience to her role as area chief executive officer at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospitals of The Woodlands and Vision Park. She has been with Encompass Health since 1997 and was the CEO at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Humble for 14 years prior to assuming her role as area CEO. She promotes an environment of clinical excellence with the primary goal to help each patient regain their highest level of independence and enhance their quality of life. A Texas native, Angie is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy. She also earned her master's degree in business administration from Colorado State University.

Dr. Majeski is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, with a primary goal of restoring function to improve quality of life for his patients at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of The Woodlands. For his undergraduate studies, he attended the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and then went on to complete his medical school training at Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. Subsequently, he completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Majeski is a Tennessee native and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Dr. Majeski is an independent private practice physician.

Michael is responsible for the physical environment at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of The Woodlands. His duties include regulatory compliance for TJC/CMS/TDH and OSHA as well as the day-to-day operations of the maintenance, environmental and dietary departments. Michael is a Texas Master Electrician with an extensive background in healthcare construction as well as facility management. He is an active member of TAHFM, ASHE, NFPA, FEMA and actively participates in the Southeast Texas Regional Advisory Council.

Amy Jordan joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of The Woodlands in April 2021. She brings six years of experience in hospital finance, with her most recent role being chief financial officer in behavioral health. Amy is a graduate of Western Governors University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and master’s degree in business administration. She also holds a master’s degree in finance from Texas A&M at Commerce.

Stephanie brings more than 15 years of healthcare expertise to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of The Woodlands. A Houston native, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from UT Arlington the pursued a master’s degree in nursing administration from UT Arlington. She started out her career in healthcare as a CNA, serving in various leadership roles. She is passionate about healthcare and is committed to the growth & innovation of the nursing profession.

Chad has been practicing in the field of pharmacy for more than 19 years, including 10 years in pharmacy management. He currently oversees operations at both Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital Vision Park and Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of The Woodlands. Chad earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy from Drake University.

Julie brings nearly 20 years of healthcare experience to her role as area business development director at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospitals of The Woodlands and Vision Park. She has been with Encompass Health since 2018, and was previously the business development director at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Humble prior to assuming her role as area business development director. Julie is a graduate of George Mason University where she earned her bachelor's degree in nursing and has worked in various clinical settings. She is an advocate for patients who require inpatient rehabilitation in an effort for them to regain their highest level of independence and enhance their quality of life.

Valerie brings more than 16 years of healthcare human resources experience to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of The Woodlands. She began her career with Encompass Health in Martin, Tennessee, in 1995 and has been a member of the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of The Woodlands team since 2007. A Houston native, she graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor's degree in business administration. She received her master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee.
