Service awards program
Beginning with the fifth-year anniversary and again every five years of service, employees receive a gift catalog to make a gift selection. The gift increases in value with every five-year milestone. The service recognition awards program also includes a retirement award. Employees retiring after completing at least ten consecutive years of service with Encompass Health will be awarded a special retirement gift.
Recognition programs
Step Up To Excellence is a points-based recognition system that allows managers to reward employees for exceeding performance goals and making contributions to Encompass Health’s commitment to excellence. All employees are eligible to participate in this program. Points can be redeemed for more than eight million selections on the rewards gallery.
